Mark Milam and the rest of the Highland Mortgage team were pivotal to our smooth and quick closing on our new home. The rate was competitive, but what set Mark and team apart is the care and attention they put into making sure you understand each step. Mark was always responsive to our questions, (via call or email) and he used excel modeling and youtube videos to make the numbers make sense.
