My experience with this builder and HOA nexus has been extremely frustrating. They’ve forced every homeowner into a mandatory internet service which we didn’t ask for, along with expensive monthly fees that offer little bargain value. You can get internet on your own from anywhere else for the same price and not be in a FOREVER contract. What’s worse is that there is no option to opt out (EVER), even if you already have a better provider or don’t need the service at all. Think when you move or rent it. Homeowners should have the right to choose what they pay for, but this HOA seems more focused on pushing contracts than serving the community. It feels unfair, inflexible, and financially burdensome. I expected transparency and choice—unfortunately, we’re getting neither.

I like their designs and layouts of the homes.
