Highland Homes Glen Crossing

Lisa Morrison went above and beyond to assist my client and I when showing Highland Homes on Saturday 01/12/19. Lisa stayed close to an hour after the model homes closed to make sure all my client’s questions were answered. We decided not to buy in Glen Crossing for one huge reason...it is a PID. This was NOT disclosed when chatting with the assistant which I find HIGHLY dubious. I found out about it online only after doing more research into Glen Crossing. In comparison, last year we were looking at some Perry/Britton homes and they IMMEDIATELY disclosed that the area they were building in was not a PID or an MUD. People, do you research! This is something that should be disclosed to EVERYONE who comes into your models seeking information. In fact, just print up a big sign so people are fully aware of what they're getting into.

Love this neighborhood , Mr Beau is the best guy . I have nothing bad to say about this neighborhood , Holly is the most sweetest person in the world . I love the whole team.
