We loved working with Andrew, he took us very serious from the very start when we were just looking (other builders would just glossed over us). He was very detailed in showing us the different floor plans, what was standard, and what was an upgrade, showed us what's coming to Elyson, and we never felt rushed. I am closing on the model home with Highland Homes and this has been the absolutely worse experience I have had with purchasing a home from the sales representative to the lender. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. The sales representative Andrew appears just to be there for a pay check and commission. Very poor customer service. I haven’t heard anything from him since I signed the sales contract and visited the home. My closing was delayed and I had to contact them to even find this information out. I wasn’t expecting anything that is typical protocol like communicating if there will be any delays and things like that.
