Absolutely recommend these builder/homes. Tyler Goen, sales consultant, is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Update: after several tries, I was able to speak with someone. The music has been turned down, but they have worked all week, long, banging, and clanging with company, dogs, and school children off. I got in touch with one of the supervisors, and was later ghosted because it was almost Thanksgiving. Part of the problem, I know, is Devonshire management they do absolutely nothing. You can’t help but feel a little judged, but I can assure you that my husband and myself both grew up very poor. Our parents never gave us anything but heartache. It’s been all God and us. It really must be nice not having any fear of being fired. Although, now, a manager is working with me which I am great very grateful for, when a new crew comes in, they start blasting the music and I have to call him. Well,

The floor plans are nice, but the quality isn't there. Each one of my doors look banged up, brick had fallen off the front of my house within the first year, trim is already coming off, the frame around my backdoor was cracked and all they do is paint over it. I'm happy to have bought a home at the time I did, but I would have picked a different builder if I had to do it again

We’ve lived in Devonshire for over four years. We knew that it was a developing community. Originally, we were going to go with the Highland home, but decided to go with another builder. The Highland homes are now being built behind our home on the next street over. It’s been a constant calling of management to get the employees to get their music turn down. They were working 7 days a week and late nights. My question is why can’t there be another solution like headphones? If their employees don’t listen to the upper management, then how’s the home going to look? If they’re cutting corners with the directive of their managers, then they’ll be cutting corners and other ways. They are throwing up three houses at a time on the same street. Love the home! Builder is very responsive to any problems. But, placing 6 smoke alarms in redundant locations in a one story 2300 square foot home on 12 ft ceiling is impossible. After four months we’ve already changed one. The second one is disconnected because we can’t get up that high. What is a normal person to do in the middle of the night?
