If you are looking for a community with the best...real ppl team and manager you could imagine...this is the place . They listen to you as a person. My family member lives there and has had extreme medical issues. These ppl are caring and wonderful. I have never experienced such kindness from an apartment complex. I really cannot say enough good about them. The yards are kept up...the maintenance is speedy and everyone there are just excellent. This is a place anyone can be happy and enjoy.

Celia provides excellent management and exceptional customer service. She is attentive, responsive, and always goes above and beyond for residents. Thanks to her leadership, this community is well maintained and a great place to call home.

Staff is great and maintenance even better thru the time I visit family there. They really need to look at some of the people that live there rude and no filter on them . I like the way staff are concerned about any issue my auntie had

Poor management things break fall apart due to old out dated structure. No maintenance is hardly available to fix anything. Roach and mice problems. The rent is always changing and water bill every day someone is always moving. The biggest problem is rent lots of tenants have been getting told they didn't pay rent when they did. Or someone is getting charged for something. Money I think there just ripping every one off. The one good thing about the apartment is the neighborhood love it
