We worked with Chad Blanketship on the purchase of our home. He truly went above and beyond to answer any questions we had (and still does). He also made himself available to assist with our closing and additional needs we had (we were out of state). Chad really made my family feel welcome and we cannot thank him enough! You will be so lucky to have him work with you!

Chad, Emma, and Robert have been great! The sales process was smooth and Chad was the perfect liaison with the title company. Robert has been responsive and helpful with warranty items. They are a great team and we are very happy to be part of the Highland Crossing community.

Incredible value! Nearly impossible to find 1+ acre homesites, crazy low tax rate of only 1.4% and gorgeous homes. Good and convenient location just a couple miles of Preston rd - close to Frisco and Prosper but still peaceful and private. Plus Eden Hill winery is a short walk away :)

We just moved into our new home with GFO and had an overall great experience working with both Matt and Mark. With any new home build there will be hiccups, the way Matt and Mark worked with us make the process very smooth, we are very happy with our home.

Their hours were posted on the door. We went there twice during business hours and no one was there, so I called the number on the door to make an appointment instead. The lady scheduled the appointment for the next day at 10am. The sales rep never showed. We waited 20 mins for him to show, so we left. Go with a builder that has better customer service (especially at the price point that they're selling their homes for).
