Highland Crossing and Highland Square

Used to be kept up nice and cared about their neighbors. NOW they let over 8 semi's trash out our street on E. Evans Avenue by parking there daily, working on the trucks in the middle of the street, etc.. I've reached out to the management AND the owners and they don't care. Their excuse is cause it's a public street. But if they truly cared they would reach out to those tenants and stop it. ALSO, it's my understanding that section 8 does NOT allow tenants to run businesses out of there apartments. Wish this place was never built and were good neighbors. The maintenance girl Christina is amazing . First time that have seen since I live here, that is 12 years , profesional like her . She even had booties over her shoes to protect my carpet , very friendly , super quickly changed disposal in my appartment , she was neat and cleaned good after herself . WOW
