Highland Apartments

Was notified about a red spot on rug after I payed my deposit and was told only a day befor moving in instead of when I payed the deposit so new carpet could be put down the bathroom in my bed room is backing up the hall ways need to be pressured washed it looks disgusting never not to mentions bleach spots thru out the entire apartments they are apparently cheap and its not worth moving to I’ve been here 5 years and the steps and breezy way are looking like the inside of the dumpster literally . Check out the steps and the wall siding it’s been nasty for 3 years and they’re slow in the office and slow at fixing minor stuff .

This is the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. Shooting, car break ins, selling of drugs and ect. Now, the apartments are nice inside. It’s the people that they allow to live here and the worse management ever. Twin is an awesome maintenance man for the Property. I would give Twin a five star rating and the apartment complex a zero if I could.

The absolute worse place to live in Chattanooga!!! The apartment manager is awful and rude!! She is very disrespectful!! She hires drug dealers to do maintenance work for her and that rarely gets done!! They don’t clean the breezeways.. they always smell of urine and garbage!! The mailbox has needed fixing for over a year now and she won’t fix that either!! Everyone needs to call her boss and get her fired!!! Put someone in there that actually cares about this place!!

The new manager there Breccia is a slum Lord she charges for everything poor services, she also will try to charge for things that's suppose to be considered wear and tear. She doesn't do her job right, she lies deceitful and a manipulater. She doesn't open the pool as often as she should, you can't barbeque and she's sleeping with the maintenance man. Poor maintenance services it takes them weeks before they fix anything and Breccia doesn't communicate well with others. I recommend no one to lease from there speaking for a former tenant.

First Apartment from 2014-2018 , apartment was nice to fit my family size . Breeze ways had never been cleaned during my duration as a residence . Always full of people just standing around . Pool was open just 1 summer during my time their .The staff were friendly and professional at times .the Location is convenient being about 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and on city bus lines.
