I had such a genuinely positive experience with the team at Highgrove. From the moment I walked in, everyone I interacted with, even maintenance, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Justin, the Property Manager, went above and beyond to be helpful. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was clear rather than rushing through anything. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the property and the people who live there. It’s refreshing to work with a leasing team that’s not only organized and responsive, but also just good people. Highgrove clearly has a great culture, and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommend!

I've really enjoyed living at Highgrove! Lived here for almost 2 years and it's very well-kept. Anytime I've needed maintenance, the team has responded quickly and taken care of things efficiently, which I really appreciate. Sujeiry at the front office has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of. Overall, Highgrove is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed apartment community in Austin!

I love living here. I commute between Nashville and Austin and am able to short-term rent my apartment while I’m away which pays most of my rent. I love it! The property team is super friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are addressed fast!

I love Highgrove! Just renewed my lease and I can’t wait! Fabian, the young front desk agent is so helpful and funny anytime I see him.
