Highgate has turned the Residence Inn Las Vegas Stadium into a major disappointment. I’ve stayed at this property for years with no parking fees. Suddenly, out of nowhere, they’ve added a mandatory parking charge for everyone, even Titanium Elite members staying on points. There was no courtesy, no explanation, nothing — just “everyone pays.” It feels like pure profit-grabbing with zero concern for guest loyalty or long-term customers. Highgate seems more focused on squeezing every dollar out of guests than providing value or maintaining the standards expected from a Marriott-branded property. Very poor management decision, and it has absolutely changed how I view this hotel and any property operated by Highgate.

Just returned from a short stay at the Pell in Middletown RI -- owned by Highgate Hotels. I am still waiting for a response from them on my experience.. which I will explain in detail below! Prior to our stay I reserved a room with 2 queen beds as my husband and I were traveling with our 4 year old daughter. Prior to arriving, I called the hotel to confirm our stay and confirm that we would definitely be staying in a non smoking room. Neither myself or my husband smoke or vape. While staying at the hotel we visited near by beaches and like any family would, we returned for showers to get ready for dinner. After showering I blew dry my hair. I used to stay at the La Quinta in Golden/Wheat Ridge CO. It was once a decent, budget hotel. Now it is a hole. Avoid it. No hot water, security lock doesn't work. All exterior features covered in rust or filth. Wyndham is a terrible chain to engage with. I didn't know about Highgate until now, but never stay with them. Highgate needs to invest in a complete renovation of this property. Do not stay here until that has been accomplished.

I am disabled and have been at the hotel for over a year, I have different organizations help me because I am disabled because of being hit by a hit and run driver in 2014 and left for dead.It destroyed my life,ruined my career and my mental state. Some of the organizations that have tried paying for my room at the hotel heard excuses from the hotel managers such as they can't pay over the phone (so if they are in another state) they can't pay or on the other side of the city. ( they have denied their payment purposely).It has caused my room to become behind in payments. They find ways to deny payments offered to help me,(Their front office manager intentionally asked those donors calling to pay for my room to pay for another guest room…when this information was bought up to the general ma

I am writing this review about the West house Hotel. I have been a guest here several times and I must say what I witnessed on my last stay left me astonished. They were a gentleman and a young woman working at the front desk and it seems like they were having a very difficult time due to an overwhelming amount of guest checking in at the same time, They maintained such a positive and calm attitude and the concierge even gave us and other guest water while we waited. She was very apologetic and welcoming. The next day while sitting in the lobby area I witnessed another front desk personnel rudely yelling at the concierge in front of all the guests.
