High Tide Associates

This has got to be the worst property management company on the island. There are pure trash and don't deserve a dime that homeowners give them they have given us excuse after excuse passing on blame to our gate installers or whoever runs our gate. We have now owned our home since April and We still don't have a sticker to get into the gate. We don't even have a code to get into our gate. They are horrible and I think they literally needed to just go out of business. I think any five star reviews come from their friends and family. Or maybe the five star reviews or any nice reviews was done when it had a better owners or better people because right now not a single person can help us. They are very disrespectful people and money/power hungry people. They refuse to give me a second temporary pass for my daughter to come visit and threaten to tow our cars also saying that we should “just find the insurance card”. Like I could just magically wish and it would appear, yea already tried that genius. They are awful people to my mom and like all the other reviews says They are supposed to do yard work but can’t seem to clean properly, leaving old rugs just burying into the ground. Replaced the post boxes but didn’t give us a key and then complains when we need one to get into OUR mailbox that we pay money to use Do not stay here, they don’t care about you!!

The management over the property The Gatherings is horrific. PLEASE do not buy or rent here unless you like them to not follow through on anything for years at a time. They charge $400+ in regime fees and don't even have a gate. They didn't fix the stairs on the front of my home (they rotted off) until one broke and I told them my pregnant wife almost fell down them... Needless to say this was three weeks after I first requested them taking care of the property as they promise in the agreement that they would. Here is a list of just some of the things that they do. After living at the gatherings and owning my home for 6 years this hoa stated we were not allowed to park 3 of our cars on the property anymore, even though there is ample parking, this hoa is a joke, if you need work done that they're responsible for, the outside. There's always an excuse and it never gets done, but the new board president has all new decks and paint, don't use this company,..its the worst, and only true to exert authority and don't care about the owners

These property management folks are down right robbing owners at cotton Hope community. 415 a month in regime fees and none of that money is put back into the maintenance of the property. All that money is going into someone's pocket and not what it is meant for, up keep of the building and grounds. I think that community needs to pull together and get an attorney and make this property management do what they get paid to do, keep up the buildings and grounds!!
