High Rock Rentals - NC Luxury Log Cabin Vacation Rentals

My husband and I have stayed at High Rock Rentals several times now. This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat that is excellent for couples, and families. I would like to add the cabins are dog friendly and this is a must for us as we refuse to leave our fur baby behind. The location is secluded (plenty of outdoor activities await you), and yet only a short drive to local stores (including grocery), restaurants, and Asheville. Mike, the owner is always responsive, helpful and accommodating. We love this place so much that we have chosen it as the destination to spend our 25th wedding anniversary in May. I highly recommend this gorgeous Black Mountain location!!!

The cabin" Gift from grandmother" was the best choice. Near to all attractions . My family of 3 have a great 4 days. The cabin will be perfect for honeymooners too, with jacuzzi inside and jacuzzi outside with a great view. November 2022 was perfect, weather was excellent and the view is nature and birds. The cabin was equipped with full kitchen, doble fridge, oven, microwave,dishwasher,all dinnerware and glassware.also big washer and dryer witch make the stay perfect. A living room with tv and the sofa is a bed for two kids or couple. Upstairs is the master and bathroom ,shower,jacuzzi. And the best poll table !! A pluss to entertain everyone. If you choose this cabin a tip: they supply with small detergent you need to bring sponge to wash plates. They give 2 small micro towels and a roll

Heaven on Earth! We stayed at Creekside and found the cabin and surroundings phenomenal. It had all the modern amenities. 📡💻 It was in Jan 2020 and cold - exactly like we wanted. ❄️ Indoor and outdoor fireplaces with unlimited and free firewood! I could write a short essay on all the great aspects of our accommodations, the courtesies of the owner, and surrounding environment. 🖌 We have already booked a return stay (Longer) at The Hideaway Cabin located further downstream from Creekside. Exceptional and highly recommended! Can’t wait for our return visit in Oct 2020🏆

What a marvelous place! We stayed at Hideaway at High Rock for two weeks after Thanksgiving. It was magical. The cabin was well appointed and ideally situated for our family of four (plus a dog who now regards herself as something of a mountain lion). The kitchen is well supplied. The kids (four and eight) sledded down the back hill, stomped in the creek, hiked the trails, created an excellent mud/snow kitchen and even played small-field soccer in the grass behind the cabin. This was the perfect COVID hideaway with Black Mountain and Ashville conveniently close. Though we are flatlanders from Florida, we did not have any problems navigating the gravel road with our front-wheel drive minivan. For the day and a half it snowed, we simply planned ahead, stocked up and enjoyed the winter

We rented Timber Ridge. The cabin was so clean and luxurious. I didn't see my teen son except for meals. He had a great time downstairs playing his Nintendo in his vacation man cave. The home was very clean, the company had great communication and fantastic amenities. The setting beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We even saw a bear when he wandered up to the downstairs window. We took time and hiked a trail on the property too. All in a it was one of the nicest homes we have rented and I hope to return.
