High Ridge Landing

Hate to be that guy to leave negative reviews but if you are moving in with more then 1 person don’t have family or friends then you will NOT HAVE PARKING 19 total guest spots for a community with at minimum 192 units is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen EVER! They have a huge lake that breeds bugs, would’ve been better off filling it in and putting additional parking there. What’s the point of having the pool and other amenities in the area of you can’t even have people over to enjoy it.

Completely agree with Mr Berm ( last google review ) this place is newly built ‘2017’ the maintenance of the buildings and roof has deteriorated , The roofs are in dire need of being cleaned, The gates are constantly breaking, Parking is a nightmare, The only nice amenity available to the residents is the pool, which continues to close due to cheap pool maintenance company that the management hired, when the community was built, the pool heater was a very nice feature & now the heater has completely broken down & instead of upgrading the electric panel & fixing the heater, management is not owning up to having that repaired properly. This complex was once very nice to live but Unfortunately, the turnover of management companies has made this property go from a 10 to a 3.

Update: gates are now fixed, gym machine is also fixed. Overall good community. Some steps the office can take to improve it for every resident: Place more dog waste signs around the community and refill dog waste bags, dog owners here do not know how to pick up after their dogs. Place more no parking signs around, people here park on curbs and not in spots too often. The office does not enforce anything so people get away with nonsense. Start sending out notices that there will be fines for hitting the gate, dog waste, and parking on curbs and it will change quick. Thanks for the support!

Hello, I recently helped move a friend High Ridge and loved it!!!! The office staff specifically Chris Zaskey was very responsive, friendly, and eager to assist. Also, I want to mention the maintenance staff was the same; very friendly, and would go out of their way to help. When he moved in the apt it was clean and ready for him. The layout was perfect and had tons of storage. I give the highest rating to the apartments along with their staff. Great job everyone!!!!

High Ridge Landings:Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with High Ridge Landings over the past year. The experience has been nothing short of terrible. Despite numerous emails and text messages regarding mold issues, my concerns have been consistently ignored with no response from management. For 1 year I have sent countless emails to Shannon about this problem only to be ignored or undermined. Additionally, the community is plagued with dog poop scattered from one end to the other, creating an unsanitary environment. The valet trash service has been equally negligent, throwing trash from the 3rd floor and leaving broken glass and trash strewn across common areas when he misses.
