High Ridge Apartments

I have lived in this apartment complex for two years, and my experience has been very positive. It is a quiet, peaceful, and well-maintained community. Whenever we had any concerns, the management was always attentive and proactive in addressing them, which I truly appreciated. The maintenance service is excellent—fast, efficient, and very professional. I especially remember the older gentleman who worked in maintenance before; he was a very kind person, always ready to help and solve any issue. I truly miss seeing him around. That said, the current maintenance team is also doing a great job and continues to provide reliable service. Overall, I would happily continue living here. Unfortunately, I need to move for personal reasons, but I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for

This review is a long time coming. I Don't do a lot of reviews. I am totally compelled to say how happy I was for the past year at High Ridge apartments Athens. All the staff are friendly and caring. The amenities are great, they cater food and have themed events and parties, movie night etc. These apartments are so quiet. They only lease to quality people. My neighbors were warm and friendly. No loud music no disturbances in the past year. I received a promotion so I had to leave the area and I was truly sad this is one of the most wonderful experiences I've had. I previously lived in Gwinnett county Lawrenceville area and this tops them all. Thank you to manager Kayla and the whole team. Kudos to the maintenance crew they are friendly and helpful. I must say High Ridge is a great and beautiful community to live in. I moved here on Halloween and I have been very pleased. The apartments are beautiful , friendly and quiet neighbors and I absolutely love the trash pick up at my front door. Kayla was nothing but GREAT to me and very helpful during my process of moving in. Thank you for making a stressful move NOT stressful. You ROCK

We have lived here for almost 6 years. In the last year, the property came under new ownership. The new owners immediately forced a trash valet on us that costs us $25 each month on top of what we already pay for trash. They also almost doubled all the pet fees from $20 to $35 per month, per pet. We are now being forced to move from the apartment we live in because the plumbing between the master bathroom and hall bathroom is damaged and has roots growing in it. They have refused to put us up in a hotel while the plumbing is being repaired. The options they have given us is to move ourselves into a new apartment on the property with no help and no reimbursement for movers (we are both disabled) or move out of the complex completely. They have no concern ir sympathy for the cost or inconve

I've lived in this apartment complex for over 15 years and have had a great experience overall. The community is comfortable, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
