Worst quality of construction, very cheap quality of materials used and poor construction. Kind of handy man work , they have to learn first how to construct a quality home . Painting , construction and everything looks like handyman work. The house finish is not look like a brand new. Seriously not worth for the money we paid . Poor painting for doing this kind of works we don't need a builder. We can hire some handyman he will better job than these guys.

Beautiful location and small great community . Townhomes are super big with amazing lake Lanier views
