High Point on Overland

These apartments are really nice but not luxury. The kitchen has been a life saver for us due to complicated diets and having to cook all our own meals. The maintenance team keeps on top of things well and the management has been excellent, I'm excited and a little nervous about getting new management, but so far they seem promising. The rent is a little high but as a medical school student it is worth paying a little more to be close to ICOM. I would highly recommend to a small family starting medical school! The community has been nice, especially the Church of Jesus Christ of later day saints! I have lived here for nearly 2 years and it has been a nightmare. Since they are now increasing my rent and including new costs to living here and forcing a 14 month lease or an additional $350 a month for month to month, I will be disclosing the horrors of this apartment complex. First the management harassed me. Idk what I did but they certainly did not like me and would go out of their way to find issues like my dog jumped out of the car without a leash and I took me less than a minute to put the leash on, they no joke sent me a text message letting me know my dog was not allowed to be off leash. Mind you I see several residents walk their dogs without leashes. Some residents in the same building as me brought cockroaches with them. It was not noticed or nothing was done until the ent

My main issue was that our garbage disposal had a leak (turned out to be a crack in the housing). I was able to make a work order really quickly through the resident portal, send a description, picture, and ask for them to contact me to set up an appointment before they serviced. Got in contact with Oliver the next day, set up a time and even gave him some extra co cerns about some burnt light bulbs that he was happy to fix for me same day as the garbage disposal. He replaced and fixed everything we needed promptly and let me know when it was all done since I was gone at work. Great maintenance team, thank you so much for keeping us comfortable!

The best experience in renting an apartment! The leasing agent Aubrey was so kind & helpful, she’s the sweetest. She is always there to answer any questions I’ve had. It was super easy to move in when we got approved even from moving out of state. I’ve never had such a good experience when renting till I came here. Maintenance is always on site & very helpful. The aesthetic of the property is nice & its always very clean.

This apartment community is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference — everything is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The staff deserves so much credit for being incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely caring about residents. What really stands out is the attention to detail and the effort put into creating not just a place to live, but a place to call home. You truly get the sense that residents are valued here, and that makes all the difference. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home — it’s one of the best you’ll find!
