I absolutely love the community here and not only the community but I love the staff as well. They have always done me right three out of the three times I’ve had an issue. Easy to remember because there hasn’t been many. If you’re looking for bougie, I doubt you’re looking In this price range anyway. It is apartment living, but the building buildings are separated, so you don’t have any wall to wall neighbors. There are multiple patio entrances, which is cool. And again, I would like to mention with a cool head and respectable tongue. This staff has never done me wrong. As long as you treat the staff correctly, I see them leading you in the correct direction. Life is hard enough and to not have to worry about my living quarters is amazing. Update: the manager and leasing agents went above and beyond with releasing me from the lease. I'm sad that this place didn't work out for me but I'm grateful that the staff did what they could to help me. I can't even begin to explain what an actual nightmare I have lived since moving in to this complex last May 2025. Everything was great and the apartment was clean and in working order (except for the entryway keypad) when I moved in. In less than a month here, I began seeing German roaches. I have argued with the office staff and manager and the pest control company (envirosmart multi family pest solutions) for 6 months straight. The bugs are coming from other units in my building 14. They aren't doing much about it and the pest control company is leaving notes that they can't treat be

My daughter, Kira Herrera, rented an apartment here and it was awful move in experience! She spent over $1600 to move in to an apartment with our a working dishwasher, dryer, or front door key pad lock! She has a 4 year old and full time job she was moving in over the weekend. There response was to give her the entry lock to another unit in a different building to take her clothes and dishes too!!! We asked why they couldn’t just change out the drier with the working one! Shoot well hand wash dishes, but No! They can’t do that, why would they allow someone to move into a unit where there are broken appliances! Not to mention the unit was dirty full of leaves!

DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! The apartment has appliances from the 80s, they didn’t salt the steps during the winter storm in 2023 and I fell down the stairs when it was brought to the apartments attention and there was no sympathy I still have back issues to this day. Our apartment was leaning ( we couldn’t place a cup on the ground without it falling over) the leaning aided more to my back pain. Our dog got a fungal infection from the dog park that people used as a restroom for their dogs. I caught multiple people in the mornings letting their dogs in there to use the bathroom and in the summer the apartment complex smelled like piss. We had mold and they did nothing about it our stove was broken the front part continued to fall off and had damaged my foot multiple times
