He doesn’t deserve even one star. He is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. He prepared my taxes for three years, and each year he made mistakes until I personally discovered them. He simply enters W-2 data into his system and accepts whatever result comes out. He lacks basic tax knowledge and does not even understand simple multiplication. This year, he told me I owed $6,000 to the IRS. I immediately stopped using his services and went to another preparer. The other person filed my return correctly, and I actually received a good refund because I qualified for the Child Tax Credit for my four children. He does not listen to clients and refers almost every question to the IRS. He is not helpful at all. I do not recommend him at all. Please do not visit his office to file your taxes.

Mon K has been doing our taxes the last few years. He has always very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. We usually always have specific questions and circumstances and he always works aith us. would highly recommend!

I donot even want to give him 1 star as well his services are disghusting, if we ask something to him he always says call IRS!! I wonder we are paying to you a fees of 100$/person, and that is we are paying for calling IRS (LOL) you dont know whats going on to file individual tax return. Later I called him for payments back to IRS which he did for me and I dont know whats wrong he did we were not getting charged and instead now we recieved penalty notice because of him from IRS revenue. And I try to contact him and he said please call me back when you know what IRS said on call (were IRS never answer the calls) and he just cut off the call right away without listening to me like that was so rude of him!! I WOULD NEVER PREFER TO GO THERE AGAIN!! It was such a bad experience!!!

FYI: one star is a NO STAR in this scenario! Firstly, the guy is not responsive and secondly, he is careless. I have 2 situations where our refund was delayed for a year due to his minor mistakes. My mother had to literally go back and forth to his office to follow-up on the refund for a year and the cause was later found that he mistyped her name!!!!!!???? And in my scenario, he sent my refund check to the house where we don't live and which was used for my wife's tax return a year ago. The only answer he could give is "check with the IRS". Well, definitely he has and will loose customers with this mentality.

Mon K Sam is an awesome person to get your tax filed with nominal fees. It was my 1st time with him and highly satisfied. Looking forward to meet him next year!
