High Line Pointe Apartments

My husband and I moved here about 2.5 years ago and we've been nothing but pleased with this apartment complex! First off, the apartments are very nice, modern, with a big functional kitchen, tons of natural light, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms! Adeline, Anjo, and the whole cleaning/maintenance team are extremely nice, and always ready to help if need be! The few times we needed maintenance, it was always handled super fast and we never had to wait on anything to be repaired/replaced. The clubhouse offers free coffee/hot chocolate, water and softs, as well as wine and beers. Which is in my experience, unheard off! Amazing place to live! Anjo and staff make this feel like a community - first apartment I have lived at where they throw monthly/quarterly gatherings that the residents actually attend. Anytime I have needed any sort of repairs or help, the staff are insanely quick. Property is gorgeous and well maintained - also have so much natural light. I highly recommend to anyone looking to move to the Lowry area!

Great and fun place to live! Moved here after my friends lived here for few years already, and not regretting! The apartments are modern and well maintained. AMAZING view of DT and the mountains line! Amenities are great-pool table and bar in the club house, well equipped gym, pool and tub that works all year round, bbq area and many more. Adeline on the lead, Anjo and the maintenance crew are amazing, keeping everything running smooth, and keeping the living-vibe cool, with different events, pool parties, holiday and theme activities, food trucks and so on, keeping the good vibes in the complex and between the tenants. Maintenance requests, when happen, are taken care fast, communication is good. Highly recommended!

Lived at High Line Point for two and half years. The property itself is beautiful, and the staff creates a great community vibe for the tenants. Great dog run and access to High Line Canal Trail. Also the views were amazing. Plus beer and nitro cold brew on tap. Only complaint were the fire alarms going off randomly, but that hasn’t happened for quite some time now.

I have called FOUR TIMES. I have gotten an Ai bot every time that tells me they will get someone to return my call. It's been two weeks of trying...nothing. I guess this is a sign. And it obviously shows how poorly managed this property is. If they cannot take the time to lease an apartment, I don't believe they will take the time when it comes to unforeseen emergencies. Update: I FINALLY got Anjo to pick up the phone (on the 8th try). I expressed my concerns and he asked "so you're just calling to complain?" Wow. There's your answers right there on this "great" apartment complex.
