My husband son and I lived here for just at 2 years. While living here it wasn’t always bad I will say, until June of 2024. I will first say when we moved in we got “new” carpets, with that being said I should not have stepped on glass after having new carpets. Moving in there were definitely some dirty things and some replacements that were needed, luckily they were fixed. Now some things that needed to be fixed you could tell it was a quick fix. Now back to June 2024, we had a water leak from the upstairs unit. This leak was BAD! They had to cut up the carpet and let it dry out for a week, leaving our apartment basically in shambles for a week. I give it 2 stars only because of the location. I lived here for almost 4 years. This was my very first apartment on my own. It was the best price during 2021 and a great size. It’s in a very quiet area, the neighbors were nice, and for the most part they kept the outside area clean. However, my biggest issue was the mold. Over time I started developing asthma and skin irritation. Which all calmed down the moment I moved out. When I first moved in I noticed leaking in my bed room (I put in 2 work orders for) took them 4 times before they actually fixed the leak (which was so bad during storms). A Nightmare Experience at i3/i4 Apartments – WARNING: If I could give zero stars, I would. Living here was unsafe, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Safety Alert: Residents need to be aware of Willie Scott, who stays in I-4. He drinks heavily, uses drugs, follows people, and has tried to attack me. I informed the front desk about his behavior, and even after he was arrested for his actions, he still remains in the building. When others, including police, are around, he acts like nothing is wrong, pretending to be a different person entirely. I currently have a protection order against him, yet management has failed to ensure my safety. Apartment Condition: Stove was burned, filthy, and released black smoke from day one. With the acception of some local nuisance (ie: noise from the stadium & soliciting teens) the apartments are a fairly nice place to live if you don't mind being harassed by Verizon sales reps weekly, monthly, & annually at the bequest of management. Yep, despite having the same "No soliciting- yes that means you Verizon" sign on our door for almost 3 years these inconsiderate sales reps never fail to knock on our door, ring the bell, & do so repeatedly to not just mind but every other unit in our building (& I'm sure every unit in every complex) despite never getting an answer. Today however I had to answer the door after they were banging on my door repeatedly right after I put my son down. When I told the sales rep he was being too loud, I didn't want talk to Verizon **pointing at my si

Walls are super thin you can hear your neighbor sneeze. Dog poop everywhere no one cleans it. AC always goes down. Bugs everywhere! I had called to have something in my kitchen fixed and maintenance man was looking in my drawers. They don’t care about no one just money.
