Hidden Village Apartments

I’ve been here in Hidden Village apartments since 2016. I’ve loved being so close to down town, close to the freeway. And the management team / and Maintenance have always been so helpful to me. Our current team has been so good at dealing with anything needed to be fixed and or updated. Sebastian and his right hand Woman Karen get things done. They hear you and make it happen. And Manny in maintenance is always so polite, helpful, and very dependable. Just wanted to thank you three especially.

This is my first year at Hidden Village, and I am enjoying the peacefulness I have here from where I was previously. The management is wonderful in helping a resident with their problems and/or issues. Maintenance is on top of things and keep the complex in a clean, aesthetic environment. I appreciate being able to communicate with the management, knowing I am recognized and not ignored with my concerns (if any). Thank you for caring about the residents here at Hidden Village.

So far everything at these apartments are perfect I’m extremely happy and impressed how things are right now, with any little concerns I have or problems they get resolved right away, as well I wanna say thank you to Karen for helping me move in, she was extremely helpful, polite and explained everything very clearly and detailed. With any concerns or questions I had she answered all of them very clearly, I hope her boss sees this and gives her a big raise because she’s very good at her job thank you so much for everything!!!

Sebastian and his team are simply amazing at what they do! Great place to live! Manny and Jesus are very attentive maintenance guys, we appreciate them very much.

Sebastian, Keren and Manny are awesome at their Job, I've lived here for 2+ years and they are always exceeding expectations! Keep up the good work!
