Hidden Valley Apartments

Living at hidden Valley for the past two years first property manager, Lucy was a great person and always kept up with Maintenance’s and what we had concerns with when the property was sold. It has became a nightmare. I cannot grasp the fact that as many maintenance request I put in they go unnoticed on top of me reaching out to code enforcement. I have been having problems with my AC And the light bill is at least $400. Whenever you reach out to the property manager Cash Roberson he always have an excuse Or do not answer it’s never Accurate it’s always something that comes up. It’s like he does not care about the tenants. Nor the property They get to hang out in the parking lot and do whatever they want things have hit cars. No one has put any notes or emails to let tenants know what h

Great Property Manager. Luci is very professional, attentive, kind and prompt. Although not new they are still cute spacious apartments. Quiet neighbors.. Everyone pretty much minds thier own business which is nice.. Glad we are able to call Hidden Valley Apartments Home.

I recently moved in a couple days ago, and I absolutely love it. It’s very spacious, nice and quiet. The manager Ms.Shameka was very friendly, helpful, ,patient and got me approved in no time. And I had a good experience she makes you feel very welcoming .And I’m looking forward to staying as long as possible. You will not regret moving to Hidden Valley.

I recently signed my lease here at Hidden Valley Apartments and so far I love these apartments! The location is great and the units are very nice for the price! Ms. Shameka in the office has made this the easiest move I have ever experienced. She is very understanding and helpful. I usually dont do reviews, but her customer service was so outstanding, it's a must I take the time out of my day to. I highly recommend these apartments!

I'm in my second year here and Shameka made signing my second year lease a great experience. I have had no major issues with my place at all and I love how the office stays in communication with us about what is going on at the apartments. Very clean and quiet location. It feels good knowing I can contact the office and things get done!! Always friendly and always caring!
