For the love of God dont rent on this place. I left sept of 2025, and this place is not what it looks like. First they offer a gated area and for almost 6 month the gate never worked. The gym AC never works, they have almost no machines plus no cleaning supplies you can imagine how filty it is.. There is always trash on the surroundings The people will take their dogs out and will not pick up after their done. There are cats that dont belong to anyone destroying your trash. If you order things to be delivered you better watch out as someone stole my mail. The staff is really incompetent and constantly changes. Welcome to Hidden Lake Apartments – where trash piles high, the gym is a sauna, and privacy is optional! If you're looking for the true "luxury living" experience promised in the brochures, keep driving. But if you're into daily trash mountains, gym equipment in a sweatbox (AC was out all last summer), and being greeted by bird crap every time you walk down your breezeway, congrats—you've found your new home. Let’s talk highlights: Overflowing garbage? Weekly event. Bonus points if you enjoy swatting flies while trying to toss a bag. Broken gate? Oh, it's more like a suggestion than a security feature. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! I have lived at Hidden Lake for the past 8 years. My car was stolen from in front of my apartment building on Christmas night. The corporate office for the apartments, Chandler Residential Inc, refuses to share video with police to assist in the investigation. As a previous loss prevention manager this seems extreme. We are not asking to view the video. The police are. The company is only worried about theirselves and not the safety or happiness of their residence. All you ever smell throughout the complex is pot. The gate has worked maybe 4 months out of the 8 years I’ve lived here. Don’t be fooled by the promises and false sense of security.

This place is a complete joke. Car break-ins, broken gates, useless cameras, and management that couldn’t care less about your property. Staff changes constantly — every time you walk into the office, there’s a new face. One person tells you one thing, the next says something totally different. After almost 2 years of living here, I’ve never seen an office so disorganized and inconsistent. I originally ignored the bad reviews and gave this place a chance — BIG mistake. Don’t do it. Let’s talk about how little they care. On 7/20/25, my vehicle was hit. The incident was caught on their cameras. The property manager Laura is amazing! Laura is super friendly and very straightforward, winch we love! We moved in a couple weeks ago and so far we very much enjoy our apartment. My favorite is the view of the lake from my back porch!
