Hidden Lake Apartments

Apparently Hidden Lakes has a different definition of ‘luxury’. The outside looks nice enough and the leasing office is nicely decorated but they seem to put more money in the leasing office than the actual apartments. The apt is old, the kitchen cabinets are old and painted over. The screen doors were dingy and had holes in them. The renovation was poorly done. I had to repeatedly contact the asst property manager to have maintenance update things that should’ve been done before my move. They didn’t even bother to clean the washer and dryer until I requested a new one, if it was even new. The balconies are dingy and worn out. This unsightly bird stain was on two windows. They were to be cleaned. But after I moved in, I was told that they don’t clean the outside of the apt. Not to mention,

I lived here for 6 years, and had my personal conditions not changed, I would still be living there. It has been an absolute pleasure to be at this community, and given a chance I would move back. The staff at the office was amazing and attentive. The grounds people always were polite and respectful, and the general surroundings were clean and quiet. Best decision I have ever made was to live here, and would do it again.

Just had a great experience with the Property Manager Robin Callahan. She was very understanding of my situation with regard to moving from Hidden Lakes. She was warm and pleasant. Communication can go a long way. Thank you ( somehow this didn’t post. This is from August/September) Update: I moved and they were just as helpful with correcting my address to receive my security deposit. Thanks so much

Great work from the maintenance squad here at Hidden Lake. Both Jose and Gaetano always come through big for me whenever I need any maintenance work done. Thank you so much for the great work today and over the last few months 🙏🙏

We had them come in to replace the lightbulb in the oven and they did…2 weeks later. They also left the fun surprise of the old lightbulb in the oven which I didn’t find until I preheated it, and put my pan in the oven. Clearly handing it to me or putting in the garbage can right next to the oven wouldn’t have been as fun.
