I recently completed my lease renewal at Hidden Crest Apartments, and I want to personally recognize Shawanda for the outstanding job she did. She made the entire renewal process smooth, clear, and stress-free from beginning to end. Shawanda was professional, patient, and very thorough in explaining everything. She answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I fully understood my options before moving forward. Her communication was clear, and she handled everything efficiently. What really stood out was how easy she made the process feel. Renewals can sometimes be overwhelming, but Shawanda made it simple and straightforward. She is truly an asset to Hidden Crest Apartments, and I appreciate her excellent customer service.

I had a great move-in experience thanks to Nikita and Shawanda. I ran into some paperwork issues during the process, and they truly went above and beyond to help get everything resolved. They were patient, professional, and incredibly supportive and both even stayed past office hours to accommodate me. That level of dedication and customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate their help and commitment. Highly recommend this apartment complex because of them! I recommended any to move here!!!

I worked with Victoria on my application and she really helped me! She was patient and kind! All the ladies in the office were very nice and friendly!! The community seems nice and welcoming!!

Ms. Swhanna was very helpful also has a great personality and kept it very professional. She was detailed and explain everything I needed to know to ensure I’m comfortable in my unit. I had a great walk thru also.
