Kaylan is an absolute pleasure to work with. Anytime I have a question she is always there to answer it and responds to my needs in a timely fashion. Every time I step foot into the office the staff has a great attitude and are eager to help with my needs. My unit looks good upon move in.

I received a tour from Vanessa Guzman! She was very helpful and had plenty of information available ready for me. The unit was absolutely beautiful and has a great use of space to make it feel open! The vinyl flooring and granite counter tops are also a beautiful touch.

The two ladies that helped my partner and I were so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They had great communication skills and very professional demeanors. During the tour of the apartment, they were patient and open to questions and if they didn’t have any answers they were willing to get back to us. The place is very clean and quiet which is perfect for us. I hope to rent from here soon!

At first, the complex was a great upgrade from our previous unit with in-unit washer and dryer and new appliances. Then we had issues with maintenance. But when we moved in, there was a thick layer of dust on the fan, cobwebs on the wall, dust all over the floor, and splash marks in the closet. Cleaning was obviously not done very well. Then there was maintenance issues. Some burnt out plugs that the guy was initially going to "fix" by putting on mew outlet covers. We had issues with the trash frequently, having to call the complex multiple times to get it taken. Parking is difficult because many cars are left in uncovered spots for weeks. The dumpsters are overflowing a lot causing trash to blow around the complex. Worst of all, we had the worst move out experience ever, with the complex

I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience from start to finish. The property manager was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative, answering all of my questions with professionalism and warmth. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with neatly trimmed landscaping and a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere. I was especially impressed by the two separate swimming pools—each offering a relaxing space to unwind. During my visit, I viewed two different units, including an upstairs unit with vaulted ceilings that really added to the open, airy feel. The bedroom layouts were spacious, and the walk-in closets were a standout feature—perfect for anyone who needs extra storage space. Overall, I left feeling very impressed. This complex offers a great blend o
