Hidden Cove Apartments

I’ve lived here for 6 months. It’s been okay, not the worst. However, my dirt bike (cost more than 14,000) was stolen. Up to 300 dollars in packages stolen. There is no security. No cameras. And an influx of homeless people who have been doing hard core drugs (I have see needles and things involving tinfoil) moved in and have been watching me go in and out of my apartment everyday for WEEKS. I’ve called the complex twice. No one will answer the phone. No one will call me back. Just the other day I saw a pedestrian pull out a GUN on a homeless man for harassment. And I’m supposed to feel safe? I’m supposed to call this place home? But they want to put up posters about having pasta parties….Anyway, now I’m forced to take time out of my work week to go speak to someone in person. We will not

Hidden Cove used to be a great little community and an amazing property but over the years it has seriously declined. Management and maintenance are lazy and do not care, security is an absolute joke. The only reason they have a 4.2 rating right now is because they have bribed residents with Starbucks to leave good reviews. However, the reality is…rents are too high for what you actually get here which is: a lot of crime in the complex, a lot of unresolved maintenance issues (residents going long periods of time without water or electricity because of unit issues, water leaks, appliances not working correctly, etc), the pools rarely being open in the summer because of health department closures or poor maintenance, an extremely rude and uncaring staff, and poor communication (if any) from

I’ve been living at these apartments for several years. A lot of the maintenance guys are nice but Sal was the best yet. He was so friendly and helpful. There was quite a bit of water damage and mold in my bathroom area. Tried to get it taken care of, that is until Sal came by. He was able to take care of it quickly and efficiently. Even explaining and keeping us informed of the progress. After a few days, I was able to return and the work he did was absolutely amazing. He left it just as new, fixed all the damage from the bathroom and even replaced the flooring. Felt like the first time I moved into these apartments. Glad they got Sal working for these apartment's.

I love my apartment so much. It's super cute and it had all the amenities I wanted. I would definitely recommend Hidden Cove to make your home.

When was looking into a new place to move with my elderly mother we seen Hidden cove. When we walked in the young lady her name was Magaly welcomed me in and had a bright smile and friendly presence after walking the property we seen it was well taken care of and she convinced us to make it our home . Now we are home ....best ever
