Hidden Cove Apartments

Don't recommend living here. I lived here for 8+ years and the management has only gotten worse. I make requests to fix our carpet, but they never come to fix it. They completely cheap out on us tenants to spend all their money on apartments available for rent to make them look nice while all the others haven't been remodeled since 2014. If your planning on moving here DONT. Look elsewhere.

Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The only decent thing about them is the air conditioning. If you need something fixed, you have to call at least twice before anyone shows up. When maintenance finally arrives—usually about three days after your second call—the worker barely knows how to fix anything, so you’re honestly better off doing it yourself. The management is constantly changing, and whoever is in charge always seems to be terrible. They even spray-painted my countertops, so when I tried to clean them, I was literally scrubbing off paint. The rent may seem convenient at first, but after a year it’s far too high for what you get—especially with cars being vandalized and large groups of men hanging around outside. Been living here for 10+ years and they have not changed anything in our apartment at all! Cabinets in the kitchen falling apart as well as the bathroom cabinets. Carpet is lifting to where I have to buy a RUGS to cover the staples from underneath the carpet from injuring my feet. We have been on a waiting list for our carpet to be changed for 3 years now but they always give us the same response “the owners need to approve for this” well when are they going to approve it? I heard that the owners are getting sued by some other tenants for reasons like ours! The rent keeps going up but no changes are being made!!! This management needs to get their things together because what’s going on it not okay!!!!! UPDATE: HORRIBLEEEE DO NOT APPLY HERE THEY ARE FAILING TO MEET REQUIRED HEALTH AND SAF

I don't recommend living here. They're constantly changing managers, there's no stability, requests go unanswered, complaints are ignored, and the apartments need a lot of repairs and maintenance which they don't provide. I've lived here for 8 years and since I moved out they haven't made any changes to the property.

I recently moved in to the Hidden Cove apartments about a month ago and the staff have been extremely helpful in making sure I was taken care of. The facility is clean and so far has been quiet. When I was locked out of my apartment, the 24/7 maintenance staff did not hesitate to put a service request in about my issue. I was let in my apartment within 20-25mins!
