Hidden Brook Apartments

This complex is infested with bedbugs, has terrible security with homeless people doing drugs in the lobby at night, and a broken elevator that I’ve gotten stuck in twice. Both times I had to call the fire department to get rescued, and it happens to other people here regularly too. The pool has been closed since 2019 and still has disgusting, stagnant water sitting in it. The landlord noticed I had a portable washer and he updated the community rules just to ban them because I wasn’t using the paid machines. That rule was nowhere to be found in the lease I signed, but they still gave me a violation. On top of all that, they raised my rent just several months after I moved in. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

If there is minus star I will give minus start. The people who sit in front desk doesn’t like to work. They treat people horrible with their attitude. If you have choices to move different appartment then move to different apartment. I will highly recommend not to move to hidden broke.

Horrible place they have a bed bug problem and does not get it fixed and do not care about their tenants , very dirty place
