I'd most definitely give these Townhouses a 5☆ experience. I've lived here for a total of 8 years and enjoyed my stay while residing at Hickory View." Property manager Christina Allman is pretty fair when it comes to resolving issues, paperwork ,ext." Maintenance staff is incredibly reliable when it comes to keeping up repairs 😉for example my refrigerator was leaking and needed serviced property manager was quick to get ahold of the maintenance crew *Problem- solved*, a new refrigerator was ordered and delivered in no time at all ! Thanks guys 👌as of today 2/15/26 hot water tank was needed to be replaced ,do to it leaking water in my town home . Property manager acted quickly to resolve the issue by reaching out to maintenance to install a new hot water tank also used a dry vac to suck up
Excellent place to live. Management goes above and beyond. It's clean, quiet, and affordable.
It has to many drug contacts. People who are pushy not enough parking for over night guest
Drugs problems, no parking, the only good thing is it is affordable and is in a good school district.
