Hickory View Apartments

Wonderful place to live. beautiful view, comfy apartment complexes with great space and hospitality. environment is perfect for the kids to play and enjoy themselves. Crystal (property manager), was so helpful with getting me exactly what I needed, showing that true value of a paradise at home.

Lived here for 2 years. Nasty carpet, doors hanging on barley (if you try to shut closet doors then they jam) dirty carpet, mold everywhere in both bathrooms, sink and tubs both mold everywhere. It was like that since we moved in, in 2021... Neighbors disrespectful and dont care if they break threw the floors or wrestle loud from what it sounds like at all hours of the day & night. I dont get it...Parking lot is full of razors, nails, glass and beer cans. I gave 2 stars for location and being a roof over my head but its not worthy of more than that at all. Forget about asking for something to be fixed either. 1 time out of 5 times did something actually work after being "fixed". Plus they ask wayyy too much for what u actually get which in my experience doesn't look like the pics. I wish!

Fantastic place to live and very convenient to all of the hot spots in Nashville. We love living here and have never had any bad experiences with the management. They have always been very accommodating to my family and we will live here as long as possible.

I have lived here three years and it’s quiet no issues. Just parking is limited, don’t move here if you have too many cars. The office people are helpful and informative. Overall its ok.

Literally the trap . The apartments aren't updated, the only amenities available is free parking and a laundry room. There was trash everywhere and the stairway leading up to the unit smelled of smoke and urine . The audacity 😒 for them to tell me the unit was ready and I get there and to my surprise I see doors hanging off , wires peaking out. The kitchen is so small
