Hickory plantations is a wonderful place to call home. As someone who’s not from GA, it felt like an impossible task to try and find somewhere that me and my wife would feel comfortable to stay, and hickory has been just that. The quiet surroundings, the quality but affordable apartments, and the accessibility to Saint Marys. The staff are committed to making your place a home, and very easy to work with.

My wife and I moved into Hickory Plantation Apartments and quickly saw and experienced the kindness and prompt attention given by the staff in all matters. When there was a maintenance issue that needed to be addressed, it was given prompt attention. In addition, we loved the location of the complex, enabling us to jump on our bicycles and enjoy rides throughout downtown St. Marys. We would highly recommend Hickory Plantation to any and all who would apply.

These apartments are nestled in a picturesque part of St. Marys. It is awesome how beautiful and quiet the surrounding area is. It is located less then a mile from the boat dock and close to St. Marys Elementary school. The staff is wonderful and accomadating. The property is wonderfully maintained. If you have a problem with anything you can contact Property Management and they usually get everything handled right away. This property is a great place to live or vacation away from the rest of the world.

We have been at Hickory Plantation for four years and our children could not have made a better choice for us. We love our quaint, quiet and cozy home. Not only do we live in a beautiful environment, our neighbors are our friends and we look out for each other. We like to sip our coffee on the back screened in patio as we watch the Hummingbirds and the squirrels and listen to the Owls and Doves. Very convenient to shopping and health care, and of course the St. Mary's waterfront. The staff could not be any better, you are treated with respect and your requests are accommodated in a timely manner. Perfect for our little dog and our grandsons too, who moved in down the block!
