Hickory Grove Apartments

Hickory grove has new management and ever since, the place has started thriving even more. Mandy is on a roll with this place making the space here more comfortable for everyone. The apartments are clean and spacious. The outside is looking beautiful. The gym and pool is an amazing addition and it’s cared for. The assistant in the front, I believe her name is Neesha, she’s a wonderful addition to the team as well and very friendly. Nice to know we have people to actually care for this place, we call home.

The new management has been great and very attentive. We are so thankful we were able to find this place for our family member. It’s peaceful and quiet, which makes it a perfect environment for her. We truly appreciate all the hard work the staff puts into keeping the community running smoothly.

This is such a nice property with convenient access to everything. Office staff is great and we love it here. So happy with everything.

I currently moving from here - maintenance never comes fix nothing on time- typical - Trash is everywhere on ground and some ppl front door area ! It's slick ghetto. Police is always out here for several confrontations . For them to be nice apartments inside and spacious don't get me wrong . You only get ONE SPACE assigned - You can ride all through the parking and see for yourself . A lot of dog poop everywhere in the grass and has the nerve to charge 1700 or so a month for new comers - dumpster is ALWAYS over flowing . Also when you move out , they except you to have it 150 spotless . Walls washed , professionally payed carpet cleaned, screws in place ! Just be mindful - I give 2 stars only because I love the space and the modern look !

Awesome job with getting me move in apartments are very spacious. The property manager Ms Tika did a fantastic job with helping me with my move in process. I would 100% recommend
