Carrie is the sweetest manager I’ve ever encountered. Very quick to respond to messages and checks in to make sure the move-in goes well! Couldn’t have asked for a better manager for my first apartment, she’s incredible!

My husband, me, and our pup love living here! It really is amazing and a great place to live! Carrie is absolutely amazing and has been so helpful in making sure we have everything we need!

I love the place!!! The approval process was quick and easy. Carrie Clemens always on the lookout in case I needed something even on the day of the move. My pet was included in the welcome note and she leave him a treat. 🥰

I have nothing but positives to say about Carrie Clemens and the Hickory Grove Apartments. Carrie has been great to work with from the start. I was moving to Belle Plaine from Texas and needed to move in early. She was always updating me with the construction and worked with me to get me in early. She also clarified the lease for me on a few points that were a little confusing. She was in constant communication to make sure I was able to get into my apartment and that everything was in working order. Carrie is solution orientated and helped with any minor issues I had in the apartment or with Amazon deliveries, she made sure it was taken care of. She also made me aware that there was a library on the floor I was living on. I have used it every day as a quiet place to get some work done
