Hickory Creek Apartments

I haved live here nearly 11 years. This property has been sold twice and the previous management and maintenance staff were not good. And previous owners were cheap. The new owners have made big improvements renovating many apartments and the new management and maintenance staff are doing an amazing job. Hickory Creek has come a long way and they are not slowing down. I couldn't be more happier here at Hickory Creek. Thanks Ashley and Terrance for your dedication and commitment to the job and residents.

UPDATE: I am updating as I gave birth in September and I must say this as it was okay at first but the issues have not only continued but gotten worse! The neighbors who pound on our walls are not only still doing it but have begun doing it more and more often. If my newborn cries (they have colic) they are banging on the walls. Its to the point where if the apartment complex continues to ignore the issue then a formal complaint will be made with the police. I have called the office and not gotten a call back, I will be calling one more time but if that goes ignored a noise complaint will be called. My fiancee and I had witnessed a domestic violence. We got bed bugs from some neighbor (unsure which), our contract covera bugs it says.... NOPE! We had to pay out of pocket for the pest remova

I lived there for 3 years. There was mold everywhere. In the room that my children lived in and in our front room. It ruined my furniture. All they did was come and clean it. It kept growing back. When asked about the new upgraded apartments. They never gave me a straight answer. They instead let other people move in before the ones who had actually been living there first. I finally just decided to move out. Got my security deposit back in the mail. They took more than half of what they owed me. And the check was not cashable. Called the front office and again was met the same bs. Gave me the run around yet again. Worst experience ever!

Don't waste your time. Scheduled an appointment for a viewing. Arrived and no one was there. Door was locked. Called and no answer. No apology but still had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule 🤣

it’s my first week of living here so i can only review the move in process. it was essentially seamless, i was able to get an apartment within two weeks of inquiring. it’s a pretty nice apartment, a little outdated but that’s par for the area. the office people are extremely nice, especially terri.
