HHHunt Homes at Maidstone Village Townhomes [Sold Out]

Edit: I am adding a picture of the town house and if this is the wrong website let me know. Our last name is Divine, we closed Dec. 28, 2022. Still disappointed, no follow up phone call from the HOA office. I like the area, our house is beautiful but right now giving it a 3 because of the slow response from HOA. Left voice mails, no acknowledgement been wondering if I called the right HOA number🤷‍♀️ finally got a voice mail from them (end of office hours on a Friday) very disappointing.

I was moving from Florida to Virginia, so I didn’t really investigate this builder too much before I decided to buy a townhouse. I walked through the model, which seemed very pretty and very well built and being from out of state I had to do everything online and through pictures. I’ve had nothing but issues since I moved in eight months ago. The quality of construction is horrible! Nothing is square. Doors don’t fit right walls aren’t even. Cabinets sag. I don’t know if it’s the actual builder or if it’s the trades that they hire , but I would have never built a home with them if I had lived in Virginia and saw the quality in person. I would NOT recommend.

A truly charming community built by an exceptional builder! If you're in the market for a new home, consider HH Hunt. Just going by my personal experiences, they seem to go over and above to please their customers!

Love it. Not happy about delays.
