The property was not well maintained &!the company is not responsive to repair needs. The ceiling on the outdoor area of my business was literally falling in & looked horrible. It was that way for months & was still not repaired by the time I moved when my lease was up. Company does not return your deposit (around $3600) unless you formally request it. I’m. It sure why they state in the least that it will be returned within a certain timeframe when they have no intention of sending it unless you reach out & formally request your money back. Glad I found a nicer, cleaner facility with better maintenance. Plus, the HHH space was way more expensive than surrounding, better-maintained property for rent. Would not do business with them again.
