We can’t even measure the discontent with the services from this real estate management. We rented a house in Hawaii that is managed by them and we never had so many problems. Besides the fact that once we vacated, Ms. Denise Santilena only answers us about our deposit if we copy the landlord on the emails. Besides all the problems we had in the house while renting it, we spent two months without a second bathroom due to plumbing problems caused by the tree roots in the yard. During this time, we couldn’t use the toilet or the shower of the social bathroom. 2 months paying over $12,000 a month to deal with sewage backing up on the shower floor that I had to clean up multiple times.
