After doing my research for over a year with realtors and cash offer businesses, Jake at “Hey Offer”was the most personable, and honest professional I found with this business model. My family home of over twenty years was sold and Jake walked us through the process with ease. He is so easy to work with and never lets you feel like you’re just a transaction. SCAM! Well, they will give you the money, but the information posted on their website is a lie and they will LOW BALL you extremely. They CLAIM to offer you the best, fair price. NOT TRUE. I reached out to them, and my home's current market value is listed at $240k (prior to renovating my garage space into another room adding more square footage to my home, thus increasing its value). On their website it states that their calculations for your cash offer is based on the AFTER REPAIR VALUE (the amount they project to get for your house AFTER they repair it and put it on the market to sell for themselves) and they deduct commission, repairs, and closing costs from that amount.
