They have had issues with management n the past the current laddies in the office are kind and attentive when u reach out maintenance responds and does their job in a timely manner it is usually quite and safe most of the noise and danger is typically off campus from other locations.thos are the pros oh and water is included lowering u over jea sbill. Cons for the price then payments are small no real amenities but they are adding washers and dryers so that's something then no pool and there is no gym

Sunny and Athena made the application and move-in process seamless. After living here for a month, I am so happy with how the grounds are cared for, the privacy and how quiet it always is. The neighbors are super friendly too! 😊 Maintenance took care of a non-urgent request for me quickly and efficiently. I am so happy I chose to make this community my home. 🤗

I truly feel I couldn't have found a more peaceful and an extremely clean location to live and call home. Sunny Guerra our property manager has been so efficient and friendly. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that all my needs were met and more! The maintenance staff are friendly and busily working to meet our needs! I look forward to living in this piece of heaven for many years to come! Now I just need to unpack and get organized!

I love our new manager Jess she is on pointe and fixes things ASAP! I have been here for 2 plus years and this is the first time our manager and maintenance does their jobs! It's becoming a nice place to live finally! They are cleaning up the place really nicely! Thank you Jess and Brett for making this place a home.

They will make up phony charges and sell them to debt collectors, scamming you out of thousands of $$$$ The place is built and run very poorly as well, the company burns through property managers for some reason.. TONS of roaches in the walls and ceilings, gaps under front doors big enough for the wild cats to put their paws underneath (yes that happened to me) If this is the only option you have… reassess your situation and find something better it’s not worth the TINY discount they will offer, especially since they will jack the rent up with no notice upon resigning. If I had more money I would sue this company and probably win.
