I rented from HRG for two years and had a wonderful experience. Maintenance was always quick and did a wonderful job. There was a number I could text with general questions/ issues which made it easy to get them fixed. The people in the office who I spoke to on the phone were always kind and worked hard to get my requests satisfied. My apartment was beautiful and clean upon move in. They maintained the common living spaces and trash area which was always appreciated. They made my move in/ move out process seamless, and made my two years as a tenant very pleasant. I would definitely rent with them again in the future.

I rented an apartment from Herman Realty in 2020-2021 and it was a horrible experience. The woman who answered the phone (I cannot recall her name) was extremely accusatory and could not have a conversation without it becoming an argument. I had multiple instances where I would come back to my apartment and notice that somebody had been in there. I worked with Herman to have the locks changed and asked multiple times if I would be charged, to which of course they said no. When I moved out I had multiple deductions from my security deposit, one of which was the lock change. I had to actually have a lawyer involved. This company gives renting from local business a bad rep. They have negative reviews if you look at other websites aside from Google. I'm not sure where they are disappearing to

Herman Realty Group is fantastic. I lived at one of their properties for a year, and they were the most organized and responsive landlords I’ve had. They were awesome at quickly fixing any problem that came up!

This is a great agency. We’ve been with Herman for two years and have no complaints! They are always prompt fixing any issues and go above and beyond to make our apartment better. Strongly recommend!

I’ve been a tenant under Herman Group for 2 years and recently moved due to needing a bigger place, I would have stayed with Herman if there were bigger properties available as they have been more than helpful in any of the minor issues I had. Their response time and customer service was above and beyond and being a family owned company, you really do know that they care about their tenants. I would highly recommend this company.
