I love living at Heritage Villas. My neighbors are all very nice. It's quiet. And most important, I can have my 2 doggies live with me. I have lived here for 4 years! Majestic Carpet Cleaning came to my home yesterday to clean the 2 bedrooms carpet. They did an excellent job! I'm very happy with their work !
Stanley did a great job 👍. Replaced two expired smoke detectors, replaced the furnace filter and all the batteries in smoke and CO detectors. He also replaced batteries in the thermostat, which likely was the reason the heater wouldn't come on for an hour.
Researching new places in Central Ca since Feb 2025. Heritage Villas was always in the top three. TONS of research, communications with Heritage Villas and a couple of tours lead me to sign a lease. Management's friendliness and transparency is greatly appreciated. Just moved in but very happy with this decision.
One day turn over on the work orders. With one exception on the fluorescent tubes which came in the next day, so l am very satisfied with the work that was performed. Thank you
