Great place to rent!! Jessica was a great help with getting me into an apartment and anything else i need. Cute apartments for a good price and a great area !

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jessica at the front desk deserves one. She’s helpful, quick, and somehow stays chill while juggling a hundred things at once. Honestly, she’s the MVP of the building. Half the reason I remembered to pay rent on time. Also, not gonna lie, there may have been a time or two I “forgot” my key just to say hi. She lights up the whole place. ❤️ I was in a bind and needed an apartment fast. I called and explained my situation to Mandy, the property manager. Five minutes later, she called me back and told me to come fill out an application, and she’d get me in that same day. I’ve never had that kind of customer service before. She didn’t just help, she straight up saved my ass.

Absolutely love this area, the leasing office staff is always so helpful and welcoming. Mandy and Jessica are amazing! Maintenance is always quick, Scott’s always available when you need him!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Lived there for 3 years too long. This place is owned by some California company, so expect that, and the pipes are terrible, they are over 50 years old. Clogs all the time, even got food backing up into the bathtub! We never put food down the drain, it was from someone else's apartment! The front desk and maintenance people are nice, really the place's only saving grace. But if Scott isn't there, expect them to hire the cheapest labor, and hope for decent quality work.

The New Temple Ghetto? First the good news. The complex does seem reasonably crime free. The place is not nasty, just neglected. All this could result in cheap rent. If your budget is tight, check it out. It was surprising to discover a Temple apartment building slowly rotting away, square foot by square foot. Repairs seemingly are only completed on a must do basis while preventive maintenance dismissed long ago as too expensive. Even the iron railings on stairs are rusting away and detaching. Steps are a mismatch of rotting metal and oddly spaced concrete. An excellent indication of only must-do repairs are made. Wood is pulling away from the structure allowing water to enter the interior. It would seem this is very destructive? Visitor parking is non-existing with tenant parking l
