Maintenance has gotten better over the years, Renee and Megan are awesome and also very understanding. Byron and his maintenance crew, I have no issues and they are pretty good and very nice.

I'm Greatful to be living hear an call it my home! Everyone is very nice an The Staff/Renee..Megan an Nicole are always willing to Help anyone hear!! I think it's a very nice place!!

I can’t wait to move out of this place. Nobody has any respect for anyone. From the constant banging upstairs (I think not having carpet makes it worse) to people screaming outside our windows fighting & arguing all hours of the day. No one considers the fact that there’s children and babies around. No matter how many times the cops come for a domestic or disorderly, or how many times the office is notified, nothing gets done. I can’t believe the kind of people they allow to live here. Management is terrible. They talk a big game like they won’t put up with nonsense but they do nothing. There’s a family of about 9 living in a 2 bedroom apartment, I don’t even know how that’s allowed. It’s definitely a safety issue and a nuisance! It’s definitely no place you want to call home. I been here 4 years never had or been a problem now I getting accused of steal Amazon packages even tho I been receiving Amazon packages for years and I had over 500 stolen from me but I brought the attention to Amazon cuz they left packages out all the time . to have Management call me about someone else’s packages being stolen without knowing the truth was honestly very unprofessional and hurtful. So hurt by them never had any issues until now so my advice is stay to your self cuz people can be so two face , meaning your neighbors.

So far everybody's been very nice there as I'm working through the process of trying to move in
