Heritage Village

Please reconsider applying to live here. I dropped off my father’s application 2 months ago and was told the $50 application fee due at drop off was for the credit check and that the credit check would be done in 2-3 days. Jenny told us that we would receive a letter in the mail regarding the credit check. There’s been zero communication since I dropped off the application on April 10, 2025. I had been calling and leaving messages for weeks with no answers. I went there in person, but no one answers the door. I had to google their “corporate” office and call them. Nicole returned my call the same day. She checked the system and saw my father’s application/ information hadn’t even been entered into their system to begin any process or waiting list. Therefore, the credit check was never done

They may receive great reviews from their residents, but I'm giving a low grade. Due to their customer service. I have been calling them all week every day, through out each day, even left email request from website. And still no reply nor did anyone ever answer the phones.. Like how do people move in their? How can you run a business like that? Very upsetting when trying to move, and figure things. No worries though, off to the next one.. This one sailed..

Looks like a great place to live however I’ve left weekly messages on their voicemail, sent numerous emails with absolutely no response. No one ever answers the phone and when you show up you’re told to make an appointment… how can you make an appt when these people don’t even bother to respond??? I’ve also requested info through several apt search apps and again no response!!

Lovely complex. Applied prior to opening but denied due to credit report, will try again.
