They do fantastic quality renovations. Their design process for new construction and larger rehab projects is meticulous and thought out. The floorplans are designed with utility and the final user in mind. Whether it be a project in the thousands or millions of dollars, the finishes are sleek and modern. They are responsive and informative throughout the sales process. A high end company for the most discerning client.

Absolutely horrible!!! They tell you want you want to hear and never uphold to their end of their commitments. Wouldn't even recommend to our worst enemy. We have owned for almost two years and things started off great until we started having several issues with our home. We had our HVAC go out a week after moving in, leaked through the ceiling, electrical issues, hardwood floors not sealed properly causing them to buckle, never disclosed our fence line wasn't our property line so our backyard is much smaller than it was when we bought, they moved our fence to accommodate a home that sits in our backyard, tried to extort us for $5k to put in a private pool after Chris Ashkouti gave permission, caused of $8k of damages to our new pool because of their construction crew and building materi

Heritage Select Homes is great. I moved into a property and immediately noticed a few items that needed repair and they sent their contractors out within a week to resolve. They were very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and inquiries which was very helpful throughout the process.

This is the most beautiful homes. They have unique designs to entice you're imagination. You could live like this. You could be that person. You're grandchildren would be so happy mooching off you. All the people will want to be at your house. Don't give up you're grand dream of owning a home!

Heritage Select repeatedly move noisy young renters into our upmarket residential building using the quit-claim-deed loophole, since only a few units are permitted to be rented at any time. Their tenants blast out the neighboring condo owners with their television/parties/loud voices. When challenged, the company resorts to lying (clerical staff at the company pretending to be co-owners, etc). We are looking at a $10,000 bill to soundproof our wall to make our condo habitable as a result of Heritage Select's abuse of our property.
