Don't move here anytime soon, new owners are invading the tenants privacy every other week. Landlord doesn't care if inspections cause you stress, they will just continue to lay on more inspections. You are not paying for privacy or safety here. This place was a great place to live when I first moved in, but now that they are pounding me with inspection after inspection... (and it being the holidays too) I can't stand living here anymore. These inspections have made me loose sleep. Not fair to the renters who do keep it clean, and take care of the building.

I absolutely recommend this property as a safe and welcoming place to live! Management works very well with you and I have always found them to be efficient in responses and concerns. I especially appreciate Naomi for her help. From move in day they have made everything so easy! I have found maintenance to be quick in responding to anything you might need fixed or addressed. The community overall is very family oriented and fun! Please consider renting from Quarry Commons if you are planning to move to St Cloud.

I lived in quarry commons for 5+years , I unfortunately moved away to be closer to my husband job once we got married . My parents and siblings have been living there since 2011 and let me tell you , there is no cleaner , safer apartment complex in St. Cloud! I love quarry commons ! They have an amazing staff. Very understanding and always there to assist residents. I can’t wait to move back . I truly miss the huge closet I had 😩that has honestly never left my mind Since I Moved ..I moved back !! My husband and I have been in our unit for a year and half . Everything is Just like I left , and by that I mean , the clean, smoke free hallways , the positive environment.the safety of the neighborhood. There is no where else I’d rather call home and I’m so happy to be back with the quarry Comm

With all the places to live this hands down is the best place in St. Cloud. That is 100% because of the property manager Aliene Miller! No matter what the situation is she makes you feel important and your concern is important. I know that it can't be easy with all the different cultures that lives here. Not one time have I brought something to her and she did nothing. From an appointment to look at the apartment to signing the lease 12/1/2017 she has been with me. She left for a short time and when she returned I knew I would sign another lease. She has the kindest, compassionate heart that I have ever met. Very thankful that our paths crossed. If you are looking for a place to call your home, feel safe and know you matter I would 500% give Aliene and Quarry Commons a call. Best move th

Lived here now for a few years. The neighbors are really friendly and always willing to help out if you need something. The grounds and building itself are very well attended, unlike some buildings in St Cloud. The litter is quickly cleaned up, and the parking lot is kept clean. The building itself is cleaned well and often, the carpets cleaned regularly. The apts themselves are spacious, (I have a 2 bedroom), and the maintenance personell does a great job of addressing issues as soon as humanly possible. He is very efficient and can fix most anything on site. But what truly sets Quarry Commons apart from all the rest in St Cloud is the manager, Aliene. She is always here, long before the office opens and she is here long after it is supposed to close. She handles everything in a professio
