Heritage Oaks Luxury Apartments

Apartment has mold and has been treated several times. The wall mounted A/c unit in the kitchen doesn’t move the air properly throughout the unit to keep the mold at bay. We have paid $1100 a month to live somewhere else because the management won’t let us break the lease.

I currently live in Heritage Oaks with my brother and we love it. Trimark does a great job about fixing maintenance issues quickly. Additionally, they are extremely quick to respond to emails/phone calls to resolve any problems and answer questions. The staff is so personable. Although it is not furnished, I ended up buying some cheap vintage furniture and had a lot of fun decorating my room at a very low cost. Don't let the fact that it's unfurnished dissuade you from living here! I would definitely recommend Heritage Oaks to my friends, especially because it's only a 5 minute walk to campus. Nothing beats rolling out of bed 10 minutes before class and still making it on time. This apartment complex is top notch. Definitely check it out!!
