Horribly rude security staff, who are not doing their jobs, just being rude and obnoxious for no reason. Heritage Landing has condoned their rude behavior as it is what they asked the security to be like, according to the response that they made to my first version of this review. I will make sure that everyone I take via rideshare to and from this area knows of my experience from here on out. Thank you for confirming that you condone this poor service and bad behavior.
